Overview
The Chief Product Owner makes day-to-day business decisions for large projects involving multiple Scrum Teams and Product Owners. The Chief Product Owner prepares and maintains the overall Prioritized Product Backlog and coordinates work across teams through the Product Owners of individual Scrum Teams. The Chief Product Owner is ultimately responsible for the final deliverable of the project.
With AI integration, the Chief Product Owner leverages AI-powered tools for backlog prioritization, demand forecasting, stakeholder insights analysis, value optimization, and release planning across large-scale initiatives. This enables data-driven decision-making, improved alignment across multiple backlogs, and enhanced visibility into business value delivery.
Apart from making final business decisions, the Chief Product Owner collaborates with the Chief Scrum Master, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to manage shared components and resources efficiently using intelligent insights.
Applicants will be awarded the Scaled Scrum Product Owner Certified with AI (SSPOAC™) certificate by SCRUMstudy™ upon successfully passing the certification exam, validating their ability to lead scaled product ownership using AI-enabled practices.
